This privacy policy explains how Neon Panic Extreme (the "App"), developed by Erdem Ovalı, handles user data. By using the App you agree to the practices described here.

The App collects the following information, only when you choose to use the connected features:

• Google account profile (name and email) — used when you sign in with Google to submit and read leaderboard scores.
• Game scores — submitted to the leaderboard under your Google Play Games profile.
• Advertising ID — used by Google Mobile Ads to serve personalized ads, where allowed by platform settings.
• Purchase records — handled by Google Play's billing service to enable ad removal; we do not store payment details.

2. How We Use Information

• Leaderboard and social ranking features via Google Play Games.
• Showing advertisements via Google Mobile Ads.
• Processing in-app purchases for ad removal via Google Play Billing.

3. Advertising

The App uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). AdMob may use the Advertising ID and collect device information to serve personalized ads. See Google's advertising policies for details. You can reset or opt out of the Advertising ID in your device settings.

4. Third-Party Services

• Google Mobile Ads / AdMob — advertising.
• Google Play Billing — in-app purchases.

5. Data Retention

Leaderboard scores are retained while the service is active. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us at the address below.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. AdMob's child-directed settings are applied where appropriate.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with an updated date.
